After serving nearly 17 years, in various roles, for Fortune 500 companies as an award-winning Director of Sales for Carsdirect.com, Business Development Consultant for Internet Brands, Bankruptcy Specialist and Lease Termination for Ford Motor Credit, Lender Liaison for Household Finance and Foreign Exchange Specialist for Bank of America, she has a wealth of business and management knowledge that strengthens her ability to teach, lead and connect with people on many different levels.

 

Your transformation coach has nearly 2 decades of experience in sales, management, corporate development, business strategy, consumer and employee relations. She has also spent several years teaching self love and mind mastery, which allows her to provide strategy for emotional transformation that leads to healing old wounds and living a life of purpose!

Upon leaving Corporate America, Kolani combined her business acumen with service to her community planting seeds to at risk youth - the importance of ambition, intelligence and commitment to excellence starts early. Experiencing first-hand the challenges children/families face navigating life, Kolani founded a youth advocacy program where children and parents are met where they are and supported while working on healing the underlying trauma and self-doubt that was preventing them from thriving.

In addition, she began employing laser clear goals, daily affirmations, actions and practices, now coined the Push Thru 2 Pull Up method, and was able to build a highly successful coaching and consulting business.

She now helps women rediscover and unleash their power by unmuting their voices, getting unstuck and turning their passions into purpose with strategic healing exercises resulting in powerful transformation and healing!
